Project Manager (Power Transformer Service)

We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Project Management Office (PMO) focused on power transformer services. The ideal candidate will have a relevant background in project management, with a proven track record of standardizing processes and implementing best practices in a technical environment in addition to a strong background of power transformers technical knowledge. This role will be pivotal in harmonizing diverse organizational guidelines and enhancing program management competencies to effectively lead and execute organizational projects.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Implement project management office concept within respective scope
• Collaborate with management to align PMO objectives with organizational goals.
• Develop, standardize, and harmonize technical guidelines and processes across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project management practices. With a dedicated focus on power transformers services
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the power transformer services organization
• Execute program management frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and departments.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the power or energy sector.
• Experience in project management with internal stake holders in cross functional organization
• Proven field / manufacturing experience in power transformers is a great advantage
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
