A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine shaping complex prefabricated power solutions from the earliest customer discussions through tendering and project execution. You bring together HV/LV equipment, control and protection, SCADA, auxiliary power, and mechanical solutions to create customer-tailored concepts for international markets. Working closely with regional teams, HQ, suppliers, sales, and customers, you identify technical risks, develop competitive strategies, and coordinate integrated designs. Your work supports the growth of E-house, Mobile Substation, GIS+, Transformer+, and GIS-on-Skid solutions across globe.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You independently analyze prefabricated substation tenders, break down equipment and service requirements, and lead technical integration with HV/LV, C&P, SCADA, auxiliary power, and other suppliers to develop customer-tailored solutions.
- You lead technical complexity and risk assessments with regional and HQ teams, manage technical deviations and clarifications, and coordinate primary, mechanical, and secondary design deliverables for offers and orders.
- You coordinate E-house structural design and multidisciplinary interfaces, including modular steel structures, equipment supports and integration, module layout, lifting and transportation considerations, and interfaces between electrical equipment, mechanical systems, and the E-house structure.
- You shape sales approaches and pricing strategies, lead customer technical workshops, factory audits, events, seminars, and sales training for GIS and E-house opportunities across globe.
- You ensure complete tender-to-order handover and support the first project orders during the ramp-up of E-house, Mobile Substation, GIS+, Transformer+, and GIS-on-Skid solutions, including homologation topics, project execution, win-loss analysis, and lessons learned.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the power systems industry, including a minimum of 2 years of project management or technical relevant experience in a related field.
- You understand prefabricated power solutions; relevant sales training or commercial experience is preferred.
- Hands-on E-house structural design experience or a strong structural engineering background is preferred, particularly experience with modular steel structures, electrical equipment integration, equipment supports, lifting and transportation design considerations, and multidisciplinary design interfaces.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and can collaborate effectively with international customers, suppliers, and teams.
- You are proficient in MS 365; experience with AutoCAD, ELCAD, Pro/E, Tekla Structures, or similar engineering tools is an advantage. You are willing and able to travel frequently.
